Reference reading: December 2025 Cass Shipments Index was 0.9319 with reported YoY of -7.46%; a +3.0% YoY figure for December 2026 corresponds to a Cass Shipments Index reading of approximately 0.96 or higher. Resolves NO if the December 2026 YoY change is below +3.0%. Source: Cass Information Systems, "Cass Freight Index Report" (monthly press release). If Cass has not published the December 2026 figure by the resolution deadline, the closest available official Cass YoY figure for December 2026 is used. In the event the index methodology changes or the report is discontinued, resolution uses the closest available successor metric.
